The RUBI lumbar protector is a prerequisite for these tasks to be performed safely.

The lumbar protector is recommended to avoid lumbar injuries when loading weights or holding fixed positions, but always as an addition to correct postural technique, because without this technique the lumbar protector may be ineffective.

The RUBI lumbar protector is equipped with vertical reinforcement in the lower back area and two side devices that allow the pressure to be adjusted at the exact moment when effort is exerted, and remove tension and release the lower back area once the movement is finished.

The RUBI lumbar protector is available in three sizes:

- M (88 - 96 cm.)

- L (96 - 104 cm.)

- XL (104 - 112 cm.)
